347H stainless steel is an austenitic stainless steel designed for high-temperature, high-pressure, and highly corrosive environments.
Its core values include:
Excellent high-temperature strength and creep resistance.
Excellent resistance to sensitization and intergranular corrosion (especially for welded components).
Good high-temperature oxidation resistance.
347H is a preferred material for high-temperature critical components in the petrochemical, thermal power generation, chemical processing, aerospace, and heat treatment industries, particularly those requiring long-term, reliable service at temperatures above 600°C. 347H is chosen over standard 347 or other unstabilized H grades primarily to meet stringent high-temperature mechanical property requirements.
The chemical composition:
C | Si | Mn | Nb | P | S | Ni | Cr |
0.04-0.10 | ≤1.00 | ≤2.00 | 8xC-1.0 | ≤0.045 | ≤0.03 | 9.0-13.0 | 17.0-19.0 |
Mechanical properties:
tensile strength (Mpa) | 0.2% yield strength (Mpa) | Elongation A5(%) |
≥515 | ≥205 | ≥35 |
Density: 7.93 g/cm
