C276 Nickel Alloy Pipe, made from Hastelloy C276 (UNS N10276), is a seamless or welded pipe known for its exceptional corrosion resistance. As a leading nickel-chromium-molybdenum superalloy, it is widely used in extreme corrosive environments that ordinary stainless steels and special alloys cannot withstand, ensuring the long-term, safe, and stable operation of critical equipment.

Chemical Composition

High Nickel (Ni) (approximately 57%): Ensures corrosion resistance in various media, especially in reducing environments. Molybdenum (Mo) (15-17%): Enhances resistance to non-oxidizing acids and chloride-induced pitting and crevice corrosion. Chromium (Cr) (14.5-16.5%): Forms a stable passive film, providing resistance to oxidizing environments like nitric acid and chlorine. Tungsten (W) (3-4.5%): Improves corrosion resistance in reducing environments and increases high-temperature strength. Low Carbon (C) and Silicon (Si): Advanced refining processes reduce impurities, ensuring excellent intergranular corrosion resistance after welding.
