Steel Stainless Steel SUS310S

High temperature resistant stainless steel plate, namely 310S (0Cr25Ni20) 2520, is an austenitic chromium-nickel high temperature resistant stainless steel plate. High temperature resistant stainless steel plate has good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. Because it contains a high percentage of chromium and nickel, it has high creep strength and can work continuously at high temperature. The working temperature is 1200 ℃, and the continuous use temperature of high temperature resistant stainless steel plate is 1150 ℃, which has good high temperature resistance.


310S stainless steel pipe has been widely used in the military industry because of its corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. It is said that war and military promote the advancement of human science and technology, and every war may bring technological innovation.


High temperature resistant stainless steel pipe was first applied to the military during the First World War. The guns used by each other were easy to heat up. Once heated, they would oxidize with the air-rust and easily wear, which was very unfavorable to the war. So scientists worked hard and finally invented the use of stainless steel to make gun barrels, which achieved very good results. This is the original 310S stainless steel pipe, the original high temperature resistant stainless steel gun barrel.

310S stainless steel pipe billet casting technical requirements:

310S stainless steel pipe billet casting to ensure the uniformity of the organization, reduce segregation to prevent excessive concentration of non-metallic inclusions; use the best casting temperature to increase the critical reduction; ensure the heating temperature of the skin before perforation to reduce the top front reduction and improve the quality of hot tools. Hot-rolled 310S stainless steel pipes are divided into general steel pipes, low and medium pressure boiler steel pipes, high pressure boiler steel pipes, alloy steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, petroleum cracking pipes, ground straight steel pipes and other steel pipes. Cold-rolled (drawn) 310S stainless steel pipes include general steel pipes, low- and medium-pressure boiler steel pipes, high-pressure boiler steel pipes, alloy steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, petroleum cracking pipes, straight steel pipes and other steel pipes, as well as carbon thin-walled steel pipes, alloy thin-walled steel pipes, stainless steel thin-walled steel pipes and special-shaped steel pipes. The outer diameter of hot-rolled 310S stainless steel pipes is generally greater than 32mm, with a wall thickness of 2.5-75mm. The outer diameter of cold-rolled 310S stainless steel pipes can reach 6mm, with a wall thickness of 0.25mm. The outer diameter of thin-walled pipes can reach 5mm, with a wall thickness of less than 0.25mm. Cold rolling has higher dimensional accuracy than hot rolling.


Precautions for welding 310S stainless steel pipes

H1Cr26Ni21 is used for welding 310S stainless steel pipes.

The welding rod for 310S stainless steel pipe welding is A407. During the use of 310S stainless steel pipe welding materials, pay attention to the isolation from carbon steel. The welding wire is best cleaned with acetone before use. The welding rod is baked as required. During welding, pay attention to the interlayer temperature not being too high.
