N06600 (Nickel-based Alloy 600/Alloy 600) is a forged nickel-chromium iron-based superalloy, renowned for its outstanding corrosion resistance, high strength, and excellent performance in both high and low temperature environments. It is one of the earliest and most widely used nickel-based alloys.
N06600 (Nickel-based Alloy 600/Alloy 600) exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in reducing, oxidizing, and nitriding media; it has outstanding resistance to stress corrosion cracking in both room temperature and high-temperature environments; it has excellent corrosion resistance to dry chlorine gas and hydrogen chloride gas, and also has excellent corrosion resistance in sub-zero, room temperature, and high-temperature environments. All grades have excellent mechanical properties and creep rupture resistance, and are recommended for applications with operating temperatures above 700°C.
N06600 (Nickel-based Alloy 600/Alloy 600) is a high-performance nickel-chromium iron alloy series that combines outstanding corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength, low-temperature toughness, and ease of processing. Its reliability in extreme environments makes it a fundamental material for aerospace, chemical processing, nuclear energy, heat treatment, and numerous other high-demand industries.
