N06601 (commonly known by commercial name Inconel 601) is a high-performance nickel-chromium-iron solid solution strengthening alloy, with its core advantages being outstanding oxidation resistance, high-temperature strength and carburization resistance.
It is mainly applied in harsh high-temperature oxidation scenarios, with typical fields including: heat treatment industry (radiant tubes, muffle tanks, furnace rollers, high-temperature fixtures); Petrochemical and chemical engineering (ethylene cracking furnace tubes, conversion furnace components, burners); Electricity and Environmental protection (gas turbine combustion chamber components, waste incinerator assemblies, heat exchangers) Aerospace (combustion chamber lining, tail nozzle); Glass and ceramic manufacturing (High-temperature kiln components) Nuclear power (high-temperature gas-cooled reactor heat exchange pipeline). Its comprehensive performance makes it the preferred material for key high-temperature structures exposed to strong oxidizing atmospheres above 1100°C for a long time.
